Anima Films is an independent film production company founded in 2020 by Maria Giménez Cavallo and Jo Ann Cavallo. Based in the United States but working primarily in Italy, the company mainly produces independent films that explore themes of nature and local cultural traditions. Anima Films also handles the distribution of its films, often in the educational field.
